*****- Here Is Greenwood by Nasu Yukie
Format: Anime OAV
Genre: Comedy
Released Through:
Software Sculptors
Plot: Follows the life of Kazuya Hasakawa, a very unlucky high school student and his life in the strangest dorm on the campus of the prestigious
Ryokuto Academy. With a roommate who looks like a girl, and the trouble-making "Terrible Two" living next door, there is never a dull moment.
High Points: This is one of the funniest anime I have ever seen, right next to Ranma 1/2. The characters are charming and their exploits are hilarious. The last two episodes relate a beautiful love story which is very believable. Plus, Mitsuru and Shinobu are the two cutest anime guys on the planet.
Low Points: Not enough episodes. The series ends abruptly, leaving the viewer with many unanswered questions, like, "Just how close are Mitsuru and Shinobu?" (hee, hee, hee...)
Notes: A friend and I have started "The Project For M.A.S. World Domination", a web site dedicated to a world takeover by Mitsuru and Shinobu. Find it
here.
